ESNK Admission 2025/2026 We’re truly excited that you’re considering joining our school community! To make the admission journey as smooth and welcoming as possible, here’s a step-by-step guide to what you can expect:

1. Apply Online

Start by completing the application form available on our official website.

2. Assessment Invitation

Within one week of submitting your application, you’ll receive an invitation to bring your child for an admission assessment.

3. Prepare for Assessment Day

On the day of the assessment, please bring the following important documents with you:

Your child’s official vaccination record

2 original birth certificates, or a copy of the passport for non-Egyptian applicants

4 recent passport-sized photos of your child

Copies of national IDs for both parents, or passports if parents are non-Egyptian

Copies of all academic reports for your child, including any details about past or current learning support

Copies of graduation certificates for both parents

4. Assessment Process

– For kindergarten applicants, assessments take place in small groups within our classrooms, creating a comfortable and engaging environment where children can feel at ease and have fun.

– For school applicants, assessments are conducted either individually or in a classroom setting, depending on the grade level and specific assessment requirements.

5. Assessment Results

You will receive the assessment results via email within one week of your child’s assessment.

6. Need to Reschedule?

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule your assessment appointment, please contact us at [email protected]. Rescheduling is possible under limited circumstances and subject to availability.

7. Admission Outcomes

If your child doesn’t fully meet the criteria, we may invite them to participate in a three-day observation period to better understand their needs before making a final decision. In some cases, the application may be declined.

If your child meets our entry criteria, you will receive an official acceptance offer.

8. Final Decisions

Please note, the school reserves the right to make final admission decisions and is not obligated to disclose the reasons for acceptance or rejection.
