Monika Schulz
At ESNK, our mission is to nurture inquisitive, knowledgeable, and compassionate learners by blending strong German academic standards, IB learner profiles, and Egyptian cultural values in a bilingual environment—preparing them to meet tomorrow’s challenges with integrity and curiosity. My journey in education has spanned over 30 years, teaching young and adult learners across German, English, Polish, and Chinese language programs. It has taken me through classrooms and leadership roles in Germany, Poland and Taiwan—each experience enriching my belief that learning is a lifelong adventure. Guided by consistency, loyalty, and professionalism, I commit to:
• Fostering stability through continuous teacher development and supportive environments.
• Promoting academic excellence via early diagnostic assessments, tailored interventions, and ongoing dialogue with parents.
• Strengthening collaboration with families through transparent, respectful communication and an active Parent Advisory Group.
Together, we will raise individuals who are responsible, self-confident, and creative, fully equipped to contribute to a global society—and proud to be themselves.
